Classes and lessons cancellation policy

Class Registration
The simplest way to register for classes is right here on the website. Follow the link from the class description to the shopping cart and pay with debit or credit card. If you prefer to register by mail, please complete the registration form and mail it with your payment to:

In order to ensure that classes hold and that your place is reserved, advanced registration with payment is required.


Class cancellation and refund policy

If you are unable to attend a class that you have already registered and paid for–for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

If it is more than five (5) days before the scheduled class start date, you can transfer to another class or receive credit for the class minus a $15 dollar administrative fee. Your credit will be good for 6 months and can be applied to any class, lounge time or event. Simply contact us by email and let us know how you would like the credit applied and how you would like to pay for any balance, if due.

If you cancel less than five (5) days before the scheduled class start date you are not eligible for a transfer or a refund.

In the unlikely event that the SDSL must cancel a scheduled class, you will be given the option of a full refund or credit toward any class, lounge time or event.

In order to keep the classes small and the costs down, the above policy will be strictly adhered to! Sorry to be harsh, but that’s just how we gotta do it!
